Since 1986 Scott White Company has built more than 100 custom homes in and around Lytle, TX (Located about 25 miles outside of San Antonio on IH-35).  By building custom homes in the area south of San Antonio, TX we cater to those individuals and families who want to work in San Antonio, but live away from the crowds and congestion of the big city.  As a custom home builder in South Central Texas, we strive to create homes designed to our customers' plans and/or specifications.  This ensures that each customer gets a unique home that satisfies all of their needs.  In addition to Lytle, TX we also build homes in Devine, TX, Castroville, TX, Somerset, TX, Atascosa County, Medina County, Bexar County, and other towns in the surrounding area.

  Unlike a larger home builder, we do not make our customers stick to already designed plans or give them limited "Customizing options."  Potential customers either bring us a set of plans that they like or we design a set of custom plans for them.  By drawing plans to their specifications, our clients get their dream home, instead of just settling for a generic plan that sort of meets their expectations.  Every home we build from the 1800 square foot starter home to the 4000 square foot home is built with the same quality.  Regardless of the size of the home, Scott White Co. does not attempt to undercut competitor's prices by using inferior materials.  Our decision to remain small has allowed us to provide the individual attention that makes our homes top-of-the-line.  Scott checks each of the jobs on a daily basis, sometimes several times a day.  The end result for us is very satisfied customers who are always happy to recommend our work, as well as several repeat customers.
