The kitchen is situated to allow for easy access to both the family room and the dining area.

Large island provides extra storage and counter space without closing off the kitchen to the rest of the living areas

This home makes practical use of its space by having a single dining area which can be used as a breakfast nook or for large holiday dinners. And if the kids want to eat their snack and watch TV they can do it from the dining table thanks to the open layout.

The fireplace is the focal point of the family room and is further emphasized by the double french doors on either side which lead out to the back patio.

The master bedroom is filled with light from both windows and another french door leading out to the back patio.

Double vanities in the master bathroom allow for easy coordination of morning rituals. A window between the vanities lets in plenty of light for shaving and makeup application.

A shower the size of a walk-in closet allows for easy movement (no more being pressed against the shower curtain - this shower is so big it doesn't even need a curtain). A bench is handy for holding shampoos and for shaving legs.

The back porch of the Texas Style Home is just as inviting as the front. It serves as a great gathering spot for friends and family.
